- Alien coming to the U.S. as an artist, entertainer, or athlete
F1 VISA TYPES
- Alien who will become a bona-fide academic student or will enroll in a language training program
Q VISA TYPE
- Alien coming to the U.S. to participate in an international cultural exchange program approved by the attorney general
R VISA TYPE
Alien coming to the U.S. to perform services as a religious worker or minister of religion
T VISA TYPE
- Alien that has been a victim of a severe form of trafficking in persons, as defined in section 103 of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000
U VISA TYPE
- Alien that has suffered substantial physical or mental abuse as a result of being a victim of criminal activity
V VISA TYPE
- Alien married to a lawful permanent resident whose relative petition has been pending for three years
